Shipping Policy

1. Method of Delivery

The products offered by HaMi Technologies Ltd. are delivered exclusively in digital form.
Once the purchase agreement has been completed and full payment has been received, the customer will receive the purchased eSIM via email, sent to the address provided during checkout.


2. Delivery Time

Unless otherwise stated or delayed due to technical issues or force majeure, delivery takes place immediately after payment confirmation.
In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed by up to 24 hours.


3. Shipping Costs

No shipping costs apply, as all products are delivered digitally via email.


4. Transfer of Risk

Delivery is deemed to have been completed once the eSIM has been sent to the customer’s email address.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided email address is accurate and functional and that the receipt of emails is technically possible (including checking spam/junk folders).


5. Special Notes

An incorrect or incomplete email address provided by the customer may prevent successful delivery.
In such cases, the service shall nevertheless be considered properly rendered.

The customer is responsible for securely saving the eSIM data immediately after receipt.
